Four 4th of July Celebration Cities

Independence Day is right around the corner and what better way to spend it, as well, independent! Don't want to spend the 4th at your typical family BBQ? Here are four cities to visit that are sure to give you fireworks. 

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

There's no better way to spend Independence Day than in the city where the Declaration of Independence was signed! Philadelphia will be host to anticipated vendors, guest speakers, and a concert. Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Don't want to wait until the morning to celebrate the 4th? Consider spending the holiday weekend in Gatlinburg, the home of the July 4th midnight parade. According to gatlinburg.com, "the parade has been named by National Geographic Traveler Magazine as a “Top Ten Parade to see in the US” and recognized as one of the “Five Best Fourth of July Celebrations in Smaller Cities", a must see on any bucket list! 

Corpus Christi, Texas 

Looking to celebrate with a bang on the beach? Look no further than Corpus Christi! 4th of July festivities include a parade, concert performances, plays, children's entertainment, and an impressive light show at the famous Harbor Bridge as a precursor to the fireworks show over the world-famous beach.
